I once watched an Elvis Presley impersonator enthrall his audience. While he entertained a la Elvis style, he also added a bit of his own style to enhance the performance. At that moment, a thought crossed my mind: how would Elvis Presley feel about his impersonation? Would he have been pleased or would he find it offensive? My guess is that Elvis would enjoy his impersonation. In fact, Elvis was reported to have participated in an impersonation contest anonymously, where he himself stood third.
